Paste your beehiiv API key
Create one in beehiiv under Settings → Workspace Settings → API. It's stored only in your Google account.

Questions publishers ask
Where does my data go?
Straight from beehiiv into your spreadsheet. Sheetpulse runs inside Google Sheets and has no servers of its own, so your newsletter data never passes through us. Your API key is kept in your Google account's private add-on settings.
Can I try it before connecting my account?
Yes. Click "Try with sample data" in the sidebar to see every tab and a sponsor report filled with an example newsletter. Connect your own beehiiv key when you're ready.
Which beehiiv plans work?
Any beehiiv plan that includes API access. You create the key yourself in beehiiv and can revoke it at any time.
Does it change anything in my beehiiv account?
No. Sheetpulse only reads publication and post stats. It never sends emails, edits posts or touches your subscribers.
Is this made by beehiiv?
No. Sheetpulse is an independent tool that uses beehiiv's public API. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by beehiiv.
Why does Google say the app isn't verified?
Sheetpulse is in beta and waiting for Google's review, so Google shows a warning when you first open it. Click Advanced, then Go to Sheetpulse (unsafe). Google uses that word for every app it hasn't reviewed yet. The privacy policy explains what each permission is for.
How do I activate a paid plan?
Your license key arrives in your receipt email. Paste it into Plan → License key in the Sheetpulse sidebar. Step-by-step help is on the setup page.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your receipt email. Your sheet and everything already synced stays yours.
